There really is only one way of finding the property of your dreams and that is to go on a visiting trip because investing money in property abroad is a serious business. You should have an idea of what you are getting for your money and familiarize yourself with the area you are about to invest or move into.

During the time of your visit you will get an opportunity to view each and every development and familiarize yourself with the area. 
 
At the end of your visit you will have become an expert on property and country you visit. On your final day, when you make your decision, you will be explained all the details including total costs, annual costs, legal formalities, furnishing your house, renting potential, opening a bank account, everything you need for your dream home.
 

Visiting Trip Itinerary


How does my Visiting Trip work?


A typical visit goes like this…

First Day

  • Collection from the airport by a member of Ece
  • Arrive in the afternoon in the area of your selection.
  • Settle in; grab a coffee or a drink.
  • Take a stroll around the area.
  • Meet your guide (a local property owner) and plan the next few days.
  • Dinner.


Second Day

  • Breakfast.
  • Visit of one or two properties in the style and location you’ve chosen.
  • Lunch.
  • Visit at one or two properties that meet your criteria.
  • Dinner.


Third Day

  • Breakfast.
  • Return visit to any properties, if you choose.
  • Lunch.
  • Information and guidance on buying if you want it.
  • Drinks at complex.
  • Dinner.


Fourth Day

  • Breakfast and/or lunch at complex.
  • Travel to airport for trip home.

 

A few more points you need to know about visiting Trips

 

  • Provide us with a rough idea of when you’d like to visit, we’ll finalize dates later.
  • Flights can be organized from anywhere in the UK.
  • We are able to arrange a small group visit if you’d like one.
  • If you’d like to meet local expats, we can organize that too.
  • You’ll need comfortable shoes.
  • Bring a digital camera to take pictures.
  • A notebook can be useful to write down questions to ask us later.
  • Remember to bring your sun cream.
